We needed customers to understand the value of booking with Hertz. As people so often write-off the first day of their holiday for travel we developed a digital route finder that helps drivers split their journey in half to find the perfect stop-off; and created a digital and social campaign to get a new audience of customers doing it.
Online reservations up by 18.52%; conversion by 20.61% and revenue by 11.78%.
