Researching a new car starts out exciting and fun. But consumers can soon become overwhelmed with too much information and choice, and have their heads turned by competitor brands or postpone the purchase decision.
We used Salesforce to create an automated, always on, Next Best Action lead nurture programme, that enabled the plethora of PSA information and choices to be prioritised into the most engaging, relevant and timely recommendations for those searching PSA brands online.
The pilot campaign resulted in a 6% uplift in sales conversion.
