Ceri leads the customer experience function at MBAstack, helping clients win the hearts of customers through data driven insights, empathy and imagination. Ceri has experience of working across multiple sectors, for clients including Shell, O2, Santander, EON and GSK, to deliver experiences that live up to the brand promise.CLOSE
Jack heads up all things creative at MBAstack. He comes from a strong integrated background having spent his earlier years honing his craft at agencies such as Work Club and Albion. An award winning ECD, he has a broad range of experience ranging from telecoms to F&B clients and everything in between! With a passion for restoring classic cars he can often be found lying under an engine covered in grease.CLOSE
James is responsible for delivering the overall strategy, with a focus on communications. He has over 20 years’ experience of delivering both global and tourism-related campaigns for the likes of Shell, Riviera Travel, Embraer Executive Jets, RSM, and Accor hotels.CLOSE
James started his career at WWAV Rapp Collins working on the Carling, P&G and Hilton accounts. More recently he has applied his broad range of digital and direct experience to running the agency business on a range of clients including Royal Mail, Buster, Vertiv and RSM . A keen traveller, when James isn’t working you’ll probably find him somewhere sunny getting eaten alive by mosquitoes.CLOSE
Jon heads up creative at MBAStack, specialising in customer acquisition and engagement ideas, including the development of a loyalty and reminders programme for Elanco Animal Health. He has created work and won awards at leading agencies including the development of a prospect management programme for Rolls-Royce and CRM and acquisition for Tesco, Barclays and Virgin Media. He has been awarded at Cannes, DMAs, Campaign Big and D&AD nominated.CLOSE
Megan has over a decade of experience in Social and PR, both agency and in-house, across a variety of sectors including food & drink, lifestyle, finance and tech. Her expertise in social spans from content creation and community management through to paid social advertising and working with influencers, regularly speaking on the latter in industry media and panels. She also leads MBAstack’s Platinum award-winning CPD programme and is a qualified IPA MIPA.CLOSE
Nicola runs MBAstack and specialises in all things customer experience. Her work has included leading the CXM propositions and innovative CRM/digital programmes for Elanco, Mamas&Papas and Stellantis. Previously she worked at Publicis and iris leading award-wining CRM activity on Government, Renault and Coca Cola.
As well as running MSQ/Sustain – our agency specialising in all things Climate & Sustainability – Richard helps drive the right CXM solutions for clients – specifically in the areas of content, social and digital. Richard was the founder of content marketing agency Kameleon, which has joined forces with MBAstack to enhance the agency’s capabilities in delivering engaging and effective outcomes across the combined portfolio. A resident of Totnes, Devon, Richard is both an aspiring ‘Mamil’ and a fair-weather sailor.CLOSE
Rob leads the MSQ Global data function, utilising data at the heart of decision making and helping brands unlock its power to drive customer engagement and business impact. Rob has built data-driven solutions at Sky and British Airways and most recently led the data strategy for Selfridges, BT, Stellantis, Shell and Samsung.CLOSE
Robin leads the Creative Services team here at MBAstack. Having previously worked at some of London’s premier agencies (including Wunderman, Lowe Direct and VCCP), Robin brings over 20 years’ experience in creative services to MBAstack. His solution-driven, hands-on approach has seen him deliver multi-channel campaigns around the globe, across pretty much every sector you can think of.CLOSE
With an MA in Modern History from Balliol College Oxford in 1983, Stephen entered agency account management working at agencies including AMV/BBDO and TBWA/ Simons Palmer before founding MBA in 1994 and merging it with STACK to form MBAstack in 2021. He is also Chair of the DMA, Ambassador and previous Chair of The Marketing Society as well as IPA Fellow, Council Member and previous Chair of the IPA Effectiveness Board and Oystercatcher Fellow. Stephen can also regularly be found at Stamford Bridge with his 4 children.CLOSE
